Terms of service

These terms of service govern the use of the Serendre online shop and every purchase made through it. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Last updated: 24 September 2026.

1. Who we are

The Serendre online shop is operated by Ronny Slotosch, sole trader, Jügesheimer Weg 32, 63500 Seligenstadt, Germany ("Serendre", "we", "us"). You can reach us by email at info@serendre.com, by phone on +49 176 64148260 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM GMT/BST, UK time) or by post at the address above.

Serendre sells women's clothing and shoes online to consumers in the United Kingdom.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this online shop by consumers. A consumer is any individual who places an order for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

3. Products and product information

Each product page describes the item, its main features and the available colours and sizes. We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different on screen than in reality, because every display shows colours differently. If anything on a product page is unclear to you, contact us before ordering and we will be happy to help.

Product images show the item as sold. Styling items that appear in an image but are not part of the product are not included in the price.

4. Ordering and contract formation

  1. Select the size and colour on the product page and add the item to your cart.
  2. In the checkout, enter your contact and delivery details and choose your payment method.
  3. Before placing the order, you can review all details and correct any input errors.
  4. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order.

Immediately after placing your order, you receive an order confirmation by email. The contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by this email. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is no longer available, we inform you without delay and refund any payment already taken in full.

The contract language is English. We store the contract text; you receive the key order details in your order confirmation email.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free, and we do not add any further charges at checkout. The total you see before placing your order is the amount you pay.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout; the availability of Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay depends on your device and browser. The full amount is charged when you place your order.

Payments are processed through the secure Shopify checkout. Your payment details are transmitted encrypted directly to the payment processor; we never see or store your full card details. We do not add any payment fees.

If a payment is declined, your order is not placed and no amount is charged. Please check your card details or choose a different payment method; if the problem persists, your bank or card provider can tell you the reason for the decline.

Refunds always go back to the payment method you used for the order. If you cancel before dispatch, we refund the full amount straight away; for returns, we refund within 5 business days of your return arriving and being checked. Depending on your payment provider, it can take a few additional days until the amount appears on your statement.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom, free of charge, insured and with tracking. Orders placed by 2:00 PM GMT/BST (UK time) on a business day (Monday to Friday) enter processing the same business day. Processing takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivery a further 5-8 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), so the total delivery time is 6-10 business days. Details: Shipping policy.

7. Right to cancel, returns and exchanges

As a consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason; we voluntarily extend the statutory 14-day period to 30 days. Exchanges for a different size or colour are possible within the same 30 days: the delivery of the replacement is free, and it is dispatched as soon as your exchange is registered. How to register a return, who pays the return costs and when refunds are issued is set out in our Refund policy. A model cancellation form is included in section 11 of our Refund policy.

8. Faulty goods and your statutory rights

We are legally obliged to supply goods that conform to the contract. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, the remedies set out in our Refund policy apply and we cover the return costs. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and in all other cases in which liability cannot be limited by law. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely. This clause does not limit the commitments in our Refund policy and Shipping policy for faulty goods, wrong deliveries and lost or damaged parcels, and it does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

10. Customer account

You can order as a guest or create a customer account. If you create an account, please keep your login details confidential and inform us immediately if you suspect that someone else has access to your account.

11. Intellectual property

All content in this shop, including texts, images, graphics and layout, is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our prior written permission.

12. Governing law

These terms and all contracts concluded under them are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you order as a consumer with your habitual residence in the United Kingdom, you additionally keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in this clause deprives you of that protection. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

13. Dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a concern, please contact us directly at info@serendre.com; we aim to resolve every matter together with you.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when our range or legal requirements change. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
